Braeside Reception
A phone thatalways gets answered.
It picks up and actually talks to your caller. It answers the everyday questions, takes a message, or puts the urgent ones straight through to you — then texts you what was said. Callers are told they're speaking to an AI; we never pretend otherwise.
- Talks to your callers
- Texts you the details
- Tells callers it's AI
Ring it and have the conversation yourself — it answers as Braeside, so you hear exactly what you'd be buying. It'll offer you a free trial and text you the link.

Always
answered.
What a call looks like
It picks up and has the conversation.
Your caller speaks and it speaks back — out loud, in a normal conversation. It handles the everyday questions itself, and anything it can't answer becomes a message on your phone or a call put straight through to you.

Don’t take our word for it
Ring it and hear it answer.
This is a real line, answered the way yours would be. Ask it something. Try to catch it out. It answers as Braeside, so you’re hearing exactly what you’d be buying.

What it does
It's a voice on the line, not a voicemail box. Here's what it handles on its own, and what it hands straight to you.
Answers when you can't
Up a ladder, under a sink, or it's half nine at night. The phone gets picked up and somebody speaks to your caller.
Answers the everyday questions
Opening hours, where you are, what you do, whether you cover their street. Said out loud, straight away, no waiting on you.
Takes a proper message
Name, number, and what they're after — asked for in the same way on every single call, so nothing arrives half-finished.
Puts the urgent ones through
When it's the kind of call you'd want interrupting for, it transfers it to you rather than leaving you a message to find later.
Texts you the details
What was said and who said it, landing on your phone. You ring them back when you've got a free minute.
Never pretends to be a person
It says it's an AI assistant. Anyone who'd rather speak to you is told how to reach you, and put through if you're available.
What it won't do.
It won't quote a job. It won't promise anyone a time. It won't argue with a difficult caller, and it won't try to sell on your behalf. Those things are yours, and they should be. It answers what it's been told, takes a message, or puts the caller through to you — and that's where it stops. We'd rather tell you where the edges are now than let you find them in front of a customer.
How it works
You can stop after any of these.
- 01
We set it up
You tell us your hours, your services, the areas you cover and what counts as urgent. We write what it knows, how it should sound, and when to put a call through.
- 02
You hear it
We give you a number and you ring it yourself, before a single customer does. Change the voice, the name, the manner, the wording — anything that doesn't sit right.
- 03
You decide
Point your number at it when you're happy, and point it somewhere else the moment you'd rather not. No notice, no argument.
“The phone rings. Somebody answers. That's the whole promise.”

Who's missing your calls?
No Sales Calls. No Jargon. We Design, You Decide.
- Tell us about the business and we set the receptionist up.
- You ring it and have the conversation yourself, then change anything you don't like.
- Point your number at it only when you're happy. Move it away any time.
